Austin, TX — 12/5/2025: FacilityForce is excited to announce the appointment of James Wolf as our new Chief Executive Officer. With nearly 30 years of experience in the asset management software industry, James brings a long-standing commitment to building products that genuinely support people in their day-to-day work.
James has spent his career focused on understanding the needs of customers and empowering teams to do their best work. Prior to stepping into the CEO role, he led product, where he was known for his thoughtful, customer-driven approach. “The most meaningful parts of my career have always come from being part of communities that take pride in helping others succeed,” he says.

Looking ahead, James is clear about his priorities:

James lives in Austin with his wife and two children. He brings to FacilityForce the same values that guide his life at home: show up fully, care deeply, and keep learning. Outside of work, he can often be found at live music events, golfing, or out on a date with his wife.
