Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Selects FacilityForce to Modernize Facility and Asset Management Across State Portfolio.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Austin, TX – 12/5/25: FacilityForce, a leading provider of integrated facility and asset management software for the public sector, is pleased to announce that the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (DES) has selected FacilityForce as a technology partner to support facility operations, asset lifecycle management, work order administration and capital project oversight across its statewide property portfolio.
DES is responsible for more than 5.5 million square feet of office, public, and historically significant properties distributed across multiple counties, including the Capitol Campus in Olympia. To support its mission of delivering safe, efficient, and well-managed public facilities, DES sought a comprehensive, unified software platform designed to streamline workflows, improve data visibility, and strengthen long-term stewardship of state resources.
FacilityForce is excited to deliver the following services to this project:
- Comprehensive Asset Management – A solution capable of managing a wide range of building types and facility conditions across the state’s diverse portfolio.
- Work Order and Operations Management – Tools to support the full lifecycle work order tracking, scheduling, and performance reporting.
- Capital Project Management – A project governance and reporting framework that enhances visibility into project scope, schedule, and budget performance.
DES plays a critical role in stewarding facilities that serve the public, elected officials, and state employees. We’re honored to support its mission by providing an integrated, purpose-built platform that strengthens operational efficiency, enhances accountability, and supports long-term planning.
The implementation of FacilityForce will provide DES with a single, scalable system of record that improves decision-making, enhances service responsiveness, and supports sustained capital investment strategies over time.
FacilityForce and DES will move forward with a phased implementation approach that prioritizes continuity of operations and change management while accelerating long-term value.
