This May in Salt Lake City, we hosted our first ever FacilityForce Summit, bringing together 20 public-sector customers from across the country for a day packed with learning, product deep dives, collaborative sessions, and a shared commitment to driving smarter, more integrated facility operations. Coinciding with our Platinum Sponsorship of NASFA’s 2025 National Conference, the Summit was a unique opportunity to connect, reflect on the industry, and chart a shared path forward.

The event kicked off with a group exercise in which we explored what's going well for facilities organizations, what's working but could use improvement, as well as challenge areas that could represent opportunities for entirely new software solutions. Customer feedback continues to drive our product evolution. The results of this exercise will surely influence our product roadmap, which was one of our biggest reasons for holding the FacilityForce Summit.

We then provided a sneak peek of our 2025.0 Spring Release, which brought significant updates across our platform. In Operate, new functionality like vacancy layer overlays and lease data visibility within floor plans help agencies get more out of their space management workflows. In Engage, we streamlined survey tools and added automation features that reduce manual processes and improve data accuracy. From asset visibility to scheduling and reporting, every enhancement was built with customer feedback and real-world use cases in mind.

We also reviewed some newer tools designed to transform the way facility professionals work. Locate, our map-centric module powered by Esri’s ArcGIS, brings spatial intelligence into facilities management by letting users visualize and interact with assets, work orders, and more on live maps. Combining Locate and Team Scheduler provides a smarter way to manage workforce scheduling based on where work needs needs to be done ...across a city, county or entire state.

To support ongoing education and self-service, we debuted a completely reimagined Customer Resource Center (CRC). It now includes over 300 webinars, training videos, product documentation, and release notes on our products. One of the most valuable features of the new platform is its powerful search functionality. Additionally, we've expanded FacilityForce Educate with over 70 training videos now available across Operate, Engage, and Perform. Customers were also introduced to what a Health Check is, through a interview with a customer who had recently undergone one -- turns out a lot can change in an organization and their business processes within just a few years, so having a periodic heal check can be very beneficial.

We also took a moment to recognize standout success. Congratulations to Wyoming State Construction, recipient of the 2025 Steve Deines Achievement Award, for their transformative use of FacilityForce to use facility condition assessment data to do long-term capital budgeting. Their work reflects the kind of impact that’s possible when vision and technology align.
