New Offerings
Support Advantage: Extra Help, Without the Extra Work
Think of it like the “icing on the cake”. Support Advantage is an optional add-on to your Annual Support & Maintenance that provides a block of managed services time to be used ‘as you wish’ for a variety of services that would otherwise be billable.
Educate: A New Way to Learn
We are proud to partner with SoftChalk and introduce a new way to learn - FacilityForce's Educate. Educate offers a growing number of programs and tracks with training suited to various functional focuses and multiple skill levels.
Automate Bundling: Expand & Save

Justin Husted Manager, Professional Services
Justin Husted has been a cornerstone of the FacilityForce
Professional Services Team since joining in 2016.
Over the past eight years, he has played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of numerous customer implementation projects, demonstrating his deep expertise and unwavering commitment to service excellence. In 2024, Justin stepped into the role of Manager of Professional Services, where he has focused on onboarding and mentoring new team members to uphold FacilityForce’s high standards of professional service excellence.
Justin’s journey with Operate/AiM began even before joining FacilityForce. From 2012 to 2016, he served as the AiM System Administrator at Appalachian State University, gaining hands-on experience that laid the foundation for his impactful career with us. With a combined 18 years of experience spanning the healthcare, education, and government sectors, Justin brings unparalleled knowledge and insight to his role.
Outside of work, Justin is an avid chess player, traveler, and road cyclist. One of his most memorable adventures was a month-long cycling trip covering over 1,300 miles, from the mountains to the sea and back again.
We are thrilled to shine the spotlight on Justin Husted for his dedication, expertise, and leadership. He continues to be a driving force behind FacilityForce’s mission to empower our customers and team alike.
